Born on May 4, 1929 in Ixelles, Belgium. She began her career as an actress , in 1948 , with an educational documentary “ Nederlands in zeven lessen ”(Dutch in 7 lessons”). In 1951 came his first real role in the movie “One Wild Oat”. Later she starred in " Holidays in Montecarlo ". For which she won the Theater World Award
Hepburn won the Oscar as best leading actress in 1954.
she participated in numerous films, the last one we want to remember is " Breakfast at Tiffany's " shot in 1961 . The character she played was considered as one of the most incisive and representative figures of 20th century American cinema.
