Return and Refund Policy

If the order does not arrive within 45 working days from the moment it was processed, it is possible to obtain a refund.

How long do I have to return?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of the arrival date.

Cancellation of the order is allowed within one hour of the purchase made.

If I refuse to collect the order, what happens?
Customers who refuse the package on delivery WON'T be refunded.

At the moment it is NOT possible to change the size for logistical reasons, but only the refund. To obtain it, the buyer must send an email via the Help page, repack the item and send it to the address communicated by email. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have already been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Shipping costs, in case of return, are charged to the buyer.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.

How the refund is issued

Refunds are issued via e-mail once the returned item/s has been received, a Card of the same value as the purchase will be sent to you.

Shipping costs are not calculated.

You will also receive an email containing more details once the refund has been issued.

NB: In the event of a return, the commission will be reduced in the refund made.
