Return and Refund Policy: To start the return process for your order, enter your email address or order number below.

 

How do I get back?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields below  and click Start
Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request has been approved.

Which items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

• They must be in their original condition
• For clothes, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

Gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any costs for the return?

• There are no costs for returns
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs

 

How soon will I receive my refund?

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
• If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied via email within one working day.
